Greetings, I'm Johanna, a seasoned graphic designer based in Stockholm.

My journey began in New Zealand, where I earned my Bachelor's degree in Graphic and Motion Design from Media Design School. Building upon this foundation, I pursued further specialization at Forsbergs, obtaining a diploma in Game Design. Here, I delved into the intricacies of game development, character design, UI design, and 3D creation.

Currently, I serve as a Production Lead at Flarie, where I orchestrate a diverse array of projects, ranging from intricate in-house endeavors to client collaborations. My role entails meticulous planning, effective team coordination, and proactive client communication. I prioritize team well-being, ensuring clarity, support, and seamless problem-solving for optimal project outcomes.

In my leisure time, I indulge in indoor activities such as Dungeons & Dragons, board games, and video games, often accompanied by creative pursuits like drawing.

    I started my time at Flarie as an intern, where I had a wonderful mentor who helped me learn how to manage projects and set up realistic goals for myself and others.
    He worked me through how to make a smooth workflow during our time pressured work environment which made me even more efficient.

    As the company grew rapidly - so did my team and I have gone through several different titles during my long time working at Flarie. I worked myself through Graphic designer, Graphic design lead, Head of Design to now being Production lead. The constant change and growing responsibilities was daunting at first but now something I feel very comfortable with. I feel joy in helping and guiding others, especially when I can make sure that we get smooth sailing with reasonable time frames from thorough planning.
